The HSU is seeking applications for a Call Center Operator. 

Nature of Calls:       Membership matters

Conducting Surveys to inform and monitor our Member opinions.

Call Centre Hours:   Monday – Thursday  3pm – 8pm

Positon:                  Casual Call Centre Operator

Hours:                     Negotiable

Must have:   An understanding of the Union

A Good level of English both spoken and written

Good communication skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse population. 

Data entry skills and attention to detail

Duties include:

Calling members on Union Matters

Data entry

Some recruiting, campaigning and ad hoc duties.
