Temporary part-time (15 month maternity leave replacement)

$54,901.00 per annum pro-rata + super


The New South Wales Nurses and Midwives’ Association (NSWNMA) is a trade union that represents the industrial, professional and legal interest of nurses and midwives in NSW. We seek a Receptionist to join our Reception team at the Waterloo office on a temporary part-time (15 month maternity leave replacement) basis, 3 days (21 hours) per week on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, for the period from 1 May 2017 to 20 July 2018.


In this role you will:

  • Administer the reception area duties

  • Process cash and other financial transactions

  • Administer outgoing courier service

  • Document incoming deliveries

  • Notify  arrivals of deliveries

  • Process Lamp Subscriptions

  • Update member details

  • Provide quality service


To be considered for this position you require:

Selection criteria

  • Proficient in Windows environment

  • Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word

  • High level organisational skills

  • High level customer service

  • Accurate data entry skills

  • Experienced in membership databases

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
