FSU Strategic Campaigning National Industrial Officer

General Overview

Were you outraged by the revelations in the Banking Royal Commission?

Are you interested in working to improve the finance industry?

The Finance Sector Union has been the only voice of workers during the Royal Commission into misconduct in the finance industry. We have an exciting opportunity in our National Office based in Melbourne for a National Industrial Officer.

We’re looking for someone who is clever and well organised and who is prepared to think outside the square and who is up for a challenge. This National Industrial Officer role is focused on campaigning and organising workers, preparing and implementing national strategies. There will be very little technical or advocacy work so if you love strategic thinking and campaigning and would prefer not to appear in tribunals, this job may be right for you!
