Since the beginning of this year nearly 40 Australians have been killed at work. This is not due to tragic "accidents" but in many cases due to employers deciding workplace safety wasn't a priority. 

Thursday 28 April 2016 is the International Day of Mourning or Workers’ Memorial Day to "remember the dead, but fight like hell for the living." Events are being held across NSW to commemorate loved ones who went to work and never came home.
