An opportunity has arisen for a temporary fixed term Administration Officer within the Metropolitan office for the period of 19 August 2015 to 18 September 2015.

It's a busy role, with a good degree of responsibility and the chance to receive training and mentoring to build your knowledge in this interesting role that adds value to, and improves people’s lives.


This role will see you typing and preparing routine correspondence and standard legal documents, looking after complex filing, managing multiple diaries and having lots of contact with members.

 

To secure this role you'll need to have a proactive and flexible approach to duties, be a well organised, meticulous and dedicated experienced Secretary. You will be well-presented, have exceptional communication skills and be able to work well autonomously and within a team.
