Police Association of NSW - Communications Coordinator


The Police Association of NSW (PANSW) is seeking to employ a qualified Communications Coordinator.  The following essential qualifications apply:

  • Demonstrated experience/ability in design and brand marketing;
  • Demonstrated experience/ability to manage people and manage budgets;
  • Demonstrated experience/ability in multi-channel communication and campaign management;
  • Demonstrated high level media management experience;
  • Strong media networks;
  • Experience in writing copy for a wide range of purposes and audiences;
  • Strong understanding of current political and industrial issues;
  • An understanding of modern campaign techniques;
  • Demonstrated ability to utilise a range of media platforms; and
  • A strong commitment to the values of the Police Association and its members.

It is a requirement of this position that some duties will be performed out of business hours, including weekends, consistent with the PASOUNSW Enterprise Agreement.

The successful applicant will be required to undergo a criminal record check.
