Temporary Part-time (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday)

$67,089.00 per annum pro-rata + super


The New South Wales Nurses and Midwives’ Association (NSWNMA) is a trade union that represents the industrial, professional and legal interest of Nurses and Midwives in NSW.

We seek applications for a temporary part-time Administrative Assistant to join our Member Organising (MO) Team. The role provides administrative support to the team, including management and preparation of correspondence, updating schedules, booking flights and accommodation, assisting in training coordination and PC/printer trouble shooting. The role also performs office duties including faxing, photocopying, and filing.


Essential Criteria

  • Advanced Word, Excel and Publisher skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Time/priority management skills
  • Solve problems in challenging situations
  • Trade Union knowledge
