$56,274.00 per annum + super


The New South Wales Nurses and Midwives’ Association (NSWNMA) is a trade union that represents the industrial, professional and legal interest of nurses and midwives in NSW. We seek a Receptionist to join our Reception team at the Waterloo office on a temporary (6 month contract) full-time basis.

In this role you will

  • Administer the reception area duties
  • Process cash and other financial transactions
  • Administer outgoing courier service
  • Document incoming deliveries
  • Notify  arrivals of deliveries
  • Process Lamp Subscriptions
  • Update member details
  • Provide quality service.


To be considered for this position you require:

Selection criteria

  • Proficient in Windows environment
  • Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word
  • High level organisational skills
  • High level customer service
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Experienced in membership databases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
