SCUA Candidates Forum

SCUA are hosting a community forum on Tuesday 24th February where the candidates in the March 2015 State Election for the seats of Miranda, Heathcote, and Cronulla are invited to answer questions relating to the Jobs, Rights and Services Campaign and issues in the local Shire community.

The SCUA group will present information on each of the areas of the campaign; TAFE cuts, privatisation of poles and wires, public transport, and privatisation of health and disability services. The candidates will have to answer questions relating to these issues before being asked to commit to signing the Candidates Pledge, as well as receiving questions from the audience.

It is set to be an informative and fun evening with a genuine opportunity for the public to interact with the candidates on the issues the community feels most strongly about in the intimate setting of the Elouera Room at Gymea Tradies.

Please bring friends and family members along, there will be light refreshments available from 6pm.

RSVP and if you would like more information on what the SCUA are up to, visit
