$98,648.00 per annum + 12 RDOs + 5 weeks annual leave + Christmas shut down
The New South Wales Nurses and Midwives’ Association (NSWNMA) in association with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation New South Wales Branch (ANMF NSW Branch) seeks a Membership Services Coordinator to join our Membership Services team on a permanent full-time basis.
The purpose of the position is to drive innovation, engagement and effectiveness of a dynamic membership system as well as inspire and coach the Membership team to deliver superlative member service, and seek creative solutions to support the broader functions of the NSWNMA.
We are looking for a dynamic team leader to transform our membership services area.

Key Selection Criteria
An Organiser demonstrates:
• A passion and drive to improve workers’ lives and achieving the goals of the Union.
• Good communication, messaging and rapport building skills;
• An ability to develop members, including motivating and educating others;
• An ability to participate in the unions political and social justice agenda;
• An ability to plan and organise work and achieve outcomes.
Candidates with experience in union or related organising and campaigning will be highly regarded.
To perform this job you will also be required to have or obtain and maintain:
• A valid driver’s licence; and
• Right of Entry Permits
Remuneration
An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful applicant, which will include:
• Salary commensurate with demonstrated skills and experience;
• A motor vehicle or motor vehicle allowance;
• 16% superannuation
• 6 weeks annual leave with an additional 25% leave loading
