The New South Wales Nurses and Midwives’ Association (NSWNMA) in association with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation New South Wales Branch (ANMF NSW Branch) seeks a Membership Services Coordinator to join our Membership Services team on a permanent full-time basis.
The purpose of the position is to drive innovation, engagement and effectiveness of a dynamic membership system as well as inspire and coach the Membership team to deliver superlative member service, and seek creative solutions to support the broader functions of the NSWNMA.
We are looking for a dynamic team leader to transform our membership services area.

The Clubs Lead Organiser will:
• Turn strategic organising/campaign plans into operational plans to build sustainable organisation and contribute to achieving the Objects of the Union.
• Lead a team of Organisers to implement organising/campaign plans ensuring membership growth; member leadership and participation; and winning industry power.
• Lead the bargaining strategy in key workplaces and negotiate Enterprise Agreements.
• Provide required reporting on all matters related to the implementation and operation of organising/campaign plans.
• Assess and support the development of Organisers; delegates and members.
• Ensure that the Union’s values of equity, diversity and inclusion are upheld and promoted.
