An outstanding opportunity is available for a professional and energetic Administration Officer at the Union’s Newcastle office.

This role will see you typing and preparing routine correspondence and standard legal documents, looking after complex filing, managing multiple diaries and having lots of contact with members.
Salary is in accordance with the Union’s salary system, commencing at $55,563 to $69,012 plus 10% super per annum. USU employees work a thirty-five hour week and enjoy a nine-day fortnight.
To secure this role you'll need to have a proactive and flexible approach to duties, be a well organised, meticulous and dedicated experienced person with high level admin skills. You will be well-presented, have exceptional communication skills and be able to work well autonomously and within a team.
